This Privacy Policy describes how Dispatch (“Dispatch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit kzlabs.tech (the “Site”), contact us, subscribe to our communications, or connect your social media accounts to our services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

01Information we collect

a. Information you provide directly

  • Contact and intake forms: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you choose to share about your project or business.
  • Newsletter and email signups: your name and email address.
  • Client onboarding: business information, brand assets, billing details, and other materials you provide in the course of an engagement.
  • Correspondence: the contents of any emails, messages, or calls with us.

b. Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers (for example, Google Analytics) automatically collect:

  • Device and browser information (type, version, operating system)
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • Pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and click activity
  • Cookies and similar identifiers (see section 5)

c. Information from connected accounts

If you connect a third-party account — such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Shopify, or Google (Search Console and Business Profile) — to our Services, we receive information from that platform with your authorization, which may include:

  • Your public profile information (username, display name, profile image)
  • Account identifiers and authorization tokens needed to act on your behalf
  • Content you ask us to publish or manage, and related performance metrics (views, likes, comments, reach)
  • Other data you expressly authorize through the platform’s permission screen

We access only the permissions (scopes) you approve, and only for the purposes described in section 2.

02How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and evaluate project requests submitted through intake forms
  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including publishing and managing content on connected accounts at your direction
  • Send newsletters and marketing emails you have subscribed to (you may opt out at any time)
  • Analyze Site usage and performance to improve content and user experience
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use data from connected accounts for advertising, for profiling unrelated to the Services, or for any purpose other than providing the features you authorized.

03Platform integrations

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms, including Instagram and Facebook (Meta), TikTok, Shopify, and Google, through their official APIs and OAuth authorization flows.

  • Authorization. Connecting an account is always initiated by you through the platform’s own permission screen. You can review the exact permissions requested before approving.
  • Limited use. Data obtained from these platforms is used solely to provide the features you authorized — for example, publishing posts you approve or displaying performance analytics for your own accounts.
  • Revocation. You may disconnect an account at any time through your account settings with us or through the platform’s own settings. Upon disconnection, we stop accessing new data from that account and delete associated access tokens within a reasonable period.
  • Platform policies. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

04How we share information

We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: vendors that help us operate the Site and Services (hosting, analytics, email delivery), bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
  • At your direction: for example, publishing content to your connected accounts.
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dispatch, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

05Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site functioning and to understand how it is used.

  • Essential cookies enable core site functionality.
  • Analytics cookies (for example, Google Analytics) help us measure traffic and usage patterns in aggregate.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics via Google’s opt-out tools. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality.

06Email marketing

If you subscribe to our newsletter or marketing emails, we will send periodic updates about our Services and insights we believe are relevant to you. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time by clicking it or contacting us at admin@kzlabs.tech. Transactional or service-related messages, such as replies to your inquiries, are not affected by unsubscribing.

07Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain our business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Specifically:

  • Intake form submissions: retained while we evaluate or service your inquiry, then deleted or anonymized within 24 months.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Connected-account tokens: deleted promptly when you disconnect the account or the token expires.
  • Analytics data: retained per our analytics provider’s standard retention settings, typically 14 to 26 months.

08Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and limited employee access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, and the right to opt out of certain uses.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell it or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising); and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@kzlabs.tech. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and you may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.

10Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 where applicable law requires. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11International visitors

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.

12Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
